What kind of training do you offer?

We specialize in strength and conditioning, mobility, injury prevention, and mission-ready fitness. Our programs blend functional movements, weightlifting, cardio, and flexibility to build resilient warriors—physically, mentally, and morally.

Who can train at Honor Bound FIT?

Everyone 13+ willing to put in the work. Our community includes veterans, first responders, athletes, busy parents, and everyday civilians. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or brand new to training, if you show up with grit, you’ll fit right in.

What are your hours?

We operate Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sundays to encourage faith, family, and personal development. Detailed hours are listed on our Schedule page.

Is there a contract?

We offer both monthly memberships and class packs to fit your needs. However, you can cancel or adjust your monthly membership at any time. No gimmicks, no fine print—just straight-up accountability and commitment.

What makes you different from a regular gym?

We’re not just a gym. We’re a tribe. Many say it, but our members truly feel like family. Founded by U.S. Marine Corps combat veterans, we train with purpose, discipline, and service in mind. Every rep has a mission behind it—and our community is built on shared sacrifice, accountability, and progress.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

We encourage all members to reserve their spot via our member portal or app. This helps us keep sessions focused, safe, and high-impact.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. Our personal training is mission-focused and tailored to your goals—whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, recovering from injury, or just staying in the fight longer.

Do you offer group classes?

Absolutely. Our group classes are built around camaraderie, competition, and progress. They include strength cycles, conditioning sessions, mobility work, and more.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes. Through our Guardian Angel Program, we offer 50% off membership to military, law enforcement, fire & EMS, medical students, and members of the clergy. It's our way of honoring those who serve and protect others. Just bring valid ID or credentials when signing up.

Do you offer youth or teen programs?

From teens learning discipline through fitness, to families training side-by-side, our programs are designed to build strong foundations in strength, confidence, and character regardless of age.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear clothes you can move in and bring water and a willingness to sweat it out. We’ll take care of the rest. If it’s your first time, show up 10-15 minutes early so we can get you squared away.
