Everyone 13+ willing to put in the work. Our community includes veterans, first responders, athletes, busy parents, and everyday civilians. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or brand new to training, if you show up with grit, you’ll fit right in.
We operate Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sundays to encourage faith, family, and personal development. Detailed hours are listed on our Schedule page.
We offer both monthly memberships and class packs to fit your needs. However, you can cancel or adjust your monthly membership at any time. No gimmicks, no fine print—just straight-up accountability and commitment.

Yes. Through our Guardian Angel Program, we offer 50% off membership to military, law enforcement, fire & EMS, medical students, and members of the clergy. It's our way of honoring those who serve and protect others. Just bring valid ID or credentials when signing up.
From teens learning discipline through fitness, to families training side-by-side, our programs are designed to build strong foundations in strength, confidence, and character regardless of age.
Wear clothes you can move in and bring water and a willingness to sweat it out. We’ll take care of the rest. If it’s your first time, show up 10-15 minutes early so we can get you squared away.
